They've negotiated blowing up their relationship with Renault, teaming up with Honda, losing Honda and at the end of it they haven't just given up, they've redoubled their efforts. They've spent years at the bottom and built up, they've spent years as distant second. But they have shown the real dedication to F1. The next time someone suggests joining F1 the answer is clear- Honda doesn't have the appetite to dedicate itself to F1 in a way that can actually pay off.įunnily, I haven't been a big fan of RBR, because at the end of the day they're literally just there to sell a terrible drink that has no place near any athlete.
